What is Shadow Work Integration?

Any unintegrated "shadow" within ourselves manifests in discord in our relationships and in our world. Locating the shadow really just means identifying where we have unloved parts of ourselves by looking at our "triggers" in the external work as well as the physical sensations we experience which cause us discomfort.
